Settings

The Settings page has a few switches that control how the app works with PantryClub.

• Enable product sync — when on, product changes you make in Shopify are sent to PantryClub.
• Enable order sync — when on, new orders are sent to PantryClub for fulfilment.
• Enable shipping provider — when on, PantryClub works out a live delivery fee at your checkout. This one has its own page: see Delivery rates.

The two sync switches are normally on. You’d only turn one off if you specifically want to pause sending changes for a while.

What “off” actually does

Turning a sync off only stops new changes leaving your store. Updates coming in from PantryClub — the selling prices it sends back, and delivery-status updates on your orders — still apply as normal.

When either switch is off, a reminder banner appears on your Home dashboard so you don’t forget it’s paused.
