Introduction

PantryClub Connect is a Shopify app that links your Shopify store to the PantryClub delivery network. Once it’s connected, your store keeps working exactly as before — you still use Shopify for your storefront, your customer accounts, your marketing, and taking payment — but PantryClub takes care of the stock, the pricing, and getting each order picked, packed, and delivered.

In short, PantryClub Connect keeps two systems in step so you don’t have to do it by hand.

What it does for you

  • Live, delivery-aware stock — Shoppers only ever see what’s actually in the warehouse that serves their delivery address. Stock is checked live at the moment they browse, so you never oversell.
  • Automatic product sync — Products you add or edit in Shopify are sent to PantryClub automatically. PantryClub sends the correct selling price back into Shopify for you.
  • Order sync and delivery tracking — New Shopify orders flow to PantryClub for fulfilment, and each order’s delivery progress flows back into Shopify so you can follow it from “Received” all the way to “Delivered”.
  • Refunds that stay in step — You can refund a full order or just part of it from inside the app, and both Shopify and PantryClub are updated together.
  • Live delivery rates — PantryClub can work out the delivery fee live at your checkout, priced for each shopper’s exact address and cart.

Think of it as a simple division of labour:

Shopify handles PantryClub handles
Your storefront and product pages The real stock levels in each warehouse
Customer accounts and logins Order fulfilment (picking, packing, delivery)
Checkout and payment Pricing and cost calculations
Marketing and discounts Which warehouse serves which delivery address

PantryClub Connect is the bridge between the two. It doesn’t replace anything in Shopify — it just keeps the right information moving between Shopify and PantryClub.

Delivery warehouses

PantryClub delivers from three regional warehouses:

  • Johannesburg (JHB)
  • Durban (DBN)
  • Cape Town (CPT)

When a shopper enters their delivery postcode, PantryClub works out which warehouse serves that address and shows the stock available there.
